Partial Dentures
A partial denture fills the gaps where teeth are missing while leaving your remaining teeth alone. It clasps onto your own teeth to stay put and comes out at night for cleaning.
It takes a few appointments: impressions, then a try-in where you tell us how it feels and looks, then the finished partial, then adjustments.
That last step is the one that matters. A new partial almost always needs tweaking in the first couple of weeks — a sore spot here, a high point there. Come back as many times as it takes. That’s part of the process, not a complication.
Missing teeth do more than change how you look. They change how you chew and which side you favor, and over time the teeth around the gap drift and tilt into it. A partial holds that line.
If you’re missing most or all of the teeth on an arch, a full denture may be the better answer. We’ll tell you honestly which one fits your situation.
